Our Vision

Baby steps is key. It’s fundamental to do things the right way. We aim to build a sustainable

club to compete at a Semi Professional level. We aim to begin our journey in the

Birmingham District Football League where we intend to move up through the divisions to

into semi-professional football within 6-8 years.

We cannot do this without the support of our fantastic community, potential sponsors and, of

course, the hidden talent we aim to nurture into credible footballers. Within the first 5-7

years, the aim is to gain youth football teams under our umbrella with all the Charter

Standard and FA Excellences that come with it.

moments on and off the pitch, which help engage and excite current and future generations.

Through constant self-reflection and education, we seek to evolve both on and off the pitch,

with a clear focus on raising our standards and levels of performance. We aim to put the

player first, with individual development on and off the pitch, at the very core of everything

we do, providing footballing opportunities from their first kick to the very top of the game.

With our players, volunteers, and fans at the heart of the Club, we seek to construct and

enhance relationships between communities and use the power of sport to change lives.

Our team of Social Media experts will capture the journey for everyone to see, promoting all

sponsors to all our followers along with the 5,000+ yearly visitors to the home ground

location.

Our Base

We have successfully secured the Thimblemill Recreation and Entertainment Centre as our

Home ground which comes with, first class pitches, changing facilities, dug outs, a main

stand and club house for us to enjoy. These facilities set us up for a bright future in the

footballing pyramid.
